For 2 years from the date of roof top tent purchase, iKamper will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. iKamper will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation. This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamper.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims. Products sold by iKamper that are not iKamper-branded are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. “Garage Sale” tents (only available in our Kent, WA location) are sold with our 2 Year Limited Warranty, but will not include a warranty on certain parts that will be notated at the time of purchase.
